Global Humanitarian Award 2018

The Bayat Foundation’s co-founders Dr. Ehsanullah Bayat and his wife Fatema Laya Bayat, have received the 2018 global humanitarian award from Starkey Hearing Foundation. The award was presented to Dr. Bayat and Mrs. Bayat during the annual “So the World May Hear” Awards Gala in St. Paul, Minnesota.

The “So That The World May Hear,” Award —The Starkey Hearing Foundation’s most prestigious honor—was bestowed upon Dr. Bayat and Mrs. Bayat in recognition and celebration of the Bayat Foundation’s success in improving the lives of Afghans.

Annual Leadership Award 2018

The Bayat Group announced that Bayat Group Founder and Chairman Dr. Ehsanollah Bayat, is the recipient of the Annual Leadership Award from The Afghan American Chamber of Commerce. The AACC bestowed its Annual Leadership Award—the organization’s highest honor—upon Dr. Bayat in recognition of his powerful and innovative leadership in helping build a modern Afghan economy.

Ehsanollah Bayat, Founder And Chairman Of The Bayat Group Receives Leadership Award From Canada-Afghanistan Business Council. The Canadian and Afghan business leaders bestowed its Leadership Award—the organization’s highest honor—upon Dr. Bayat in recognition of his powerful and innovative leadership in helping build a modern Afghan economy.

MOTHER TERESA AWARD 2017

In 2017 The Bayat Foundation, Afghanistan’s largest private, non-profit Health, Education and Social Development Organization, was selected by The Harmony Foundation as a recipient of the Mother Teresa Memorial International Award For Social Justice.

Alumni Achievement Award 2016

On May 21, 2016, Bayat Foundation Founder and Chariman Dr. Ehsanollah Bayat received the Alumni Achievement Award from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, one of America’s most prestigious Polytechnic Universities, which is also ranked among the top 25 Public Colleges in the United States. The NJIT Alumni Achievement Award recognizes members of the NJIT community who have made exceptional contributions in the areas of Social, Educational and Technical projects.

Mahatma Gandhi Humanitarian Award 2011

The Friends of South Asian American Communities and the Afghan California Business Council awarded Bayat Foundation the 2010 Mahatma Gandhi Humanitarian Award for contributions to society on September 20, 2010 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
